About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Leaving United States March 7, arriving in Shanghai 6pm on March 8,

leaving Shanghai March 13 going to Hong Kong, then leaving Hong Kong to return to United States March 16. Is that covered for the Visa Free Transit. Thank you
