About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

My daughter has 2 entries visa valid with enter before: July-18th 2018

her 1st trip to China is in February 2018 but the 2nd the July-20th 2018.

Will the visa still be valid for the second trip?

We were told we were getting a 1-year multiple entries but been provided different terms?

No, she cannot enter on July 20 with the current visa because the “enter before” date is July 18th.
