About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I am quallifying for new 144 hours visa?

I am flying from Romania to Beijing only and back. I am arriving on 31st AUG, at 08.55hrs. and I am leaving on 6th SEP, at 09.05. Do I still need visa?
