About:Chinese Consulates in South Korea

I am foreigner and now working in Korea.

Recently, I was accepted as professor at a Chinese institute. Now I need to send several documents to China for work permit, then I will use it for Z Visa application. However, I still have several issues need your helps.
1) Do I need to notarize all required documents, then to authenticate in Korean Foreign Ministry Consular, and then to authenticate in Chinese Consulate? Will this apply for all documents (including official documents such as Ph.D degree issued by Korean University, Criminal record issued by Korean Police department, Physical Exam Record issued by Korean hospital)?
2) Can I authenticate documents in Chinese consulate at Busan? After that, I just only can submit all documents for Z type at CVASC, not in Chinese consulate, can't I?
3) Do I need to reserve a schedule before visiting any Chinese consulate or CVASC?

1. Yes, you need to do that. It will apply to all documents you mentioned above.
2. If your living area belongs to the consular district of the Chinese consulate at Busan, you can do it there.
3. You don’t need to make an appointment for the consulate, but you are advised to book an appointment for yhe CVASC to avoid the queue.

Thank you so much for your information. The Changchun Institute in China requires me a Health Exam Record in Korea and authenticate it. But when I show the Chinese +English version format of this Record to check in legal government hospital in Korea, they refuse to do that. I called to Chinese Embassy but they just said I can go any hospital to check and they don't know clearly about this process. Do you know about this issue, please help me? I want to know how can I ask Korean hospital to check the Health Exam Record to make sure that I don't have any infectious disease. Thank you so much for your reading and your help!
