Transit visa for passengers more than 24 hrs connecting flight other than exempted countries

What is the procedure for passengers who have connecting flight after 28 Hrs but who are not from the exempted country?

You need a transit G type prior to arrival. Contact your local CVASC or Chinese embassy/consulate.
