About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I’m staying 2 nights hotel in Shanghai the two nights onboard a cruise ship

can I apply for a 144 hour Transit VISA on arrival

If you travel country A-Shanghai –country B, you can apply for the 144 hour free transit.
