About:Haikou Meilan Airport

144 hours visa in Shanghai and Beijing

Once I enter China in SHANGHAI with the 144-hours visa, can I take a train to Beijing and come back the next day to Shanghai to travel outbound from Pudong airport ?

No, to apply Shanghai 144h visa-free policy, you are limited in the city, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. You may consider a side trip to these areas.
