About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Flying LAX-NRT-HND-PEK-HND-LAX. Will this qualify for the 144 hour Travel without a VISA?

No. You need a visa. Japan-china-Japan is not a transit.
