Need to invite my wife permanently along with me

I need to invite my wife here in china, i work here and have residence permit and have one year visa as company renewal the visa every year
which category she should apply in Pakistan, i guess Q1 because she will live with me here but need your suggestions , also the chinese embassy told my wife that she only needs my invitation including details about mywork/residence permit

Is there anything do i need to care extra or any suggestions?
