About:China Work Visa

Bf with record

My bf is Northern Irish and has a riot charge for throwing rocks at the police a few years ago (given 1 year but did 3 months for turning himself in and good behavior/low risk), finished uni with Honors and has been employed in London for over half a year, how will that affect his application?

As it has passed for a long time, I don’t think it will have a big affection on his application. Just give it a try.
