Can A Filipino Obtain A Z Visa in Hongkong?

I am from the Philippines and I have been offered Z type (higher job position). I prefer to obtain the said visa in Hongkong. Is it possible? And how much does it usually cost? Do you have link to an agency where I could secure Z type? I am already working on the documents required to get Z type. I just do not know where to go.
