What's the process of registering marriage between Filipina and Chinese in China?

I am a Filipina and my fiancé and I want to get married in China. Do I need a cenomar from the Philippines or can I just go to the Philippine Embassy and get a notarized affidavit of single status? Thank you.

You need to get a single status certificate from the local police station in Philippines and then get it attested by the embassy of China.

I am already in China and living here with a residence permit. Will an affidavit of single status be given by the Philippine embassy or do I have to request the certificate of no marriage from the Philippines and have someone send it here by mail?
