i was born on 8/5/93 (water rooster), should i stay or not?

i have plans on having another job. i am happy on my current job but, i have the feeling that it is lacking or the job is not suited for me. Is there any opportunities for me if i left my current job??
And also I am dating someone who was born on the year of the dog (12/1994). should we take it to the next level or not? thanks
