About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Forms & Permits Required

Danny here,

Am I right in saying that I need to obtain a z visa and resident permit before I can work in China?

Can I obtain employment without actually travelling to China?

Would it be wise to apply for a job without the above 2 permits? Will my future employer assist me in obtaining the forms required?

Is there a specific agency that I can engage in obtaining the permits?

Thanks
Danny

Danny, after you find a job, your employer will get the employment permit (work permit) for you.
Only when you get the work permit can you apply for the work Z type. And then you can apply for a residence permit to work in China.
