China Eastern transfer to Delta Airline in PVG, Thai passport

Hi, I have Thai passport and will fly from Thailand with China Eastern to PVG. Flight will be landing at 7.20 am. Jan 11, 2018 Then I will be transferred to Delta Airline at 12.20 pm. on the same day (5 hours layover ).
Do I need to have transit Visa or Chinese Visa?
