I am flying Delta into Beijing Capital Airport, then transferring to China Southern

My ETA is 1515 into PEK. My departure time on China Southern is 1740 (going to Hangzhou). Will that be enough time? I am US citizen. Looks like I arrive in T3 but need to transfer to T2?
