About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Booking for other people

Can I book (and pay) tickets for other people (my parents) ?
If so, do I need their original documents when picking up or just the documents of the person booking (me) ?

You can book and pay for other people, but for collection at the railway station counter, you need to show passengers' passports instead of payer's
