About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Hi, I have a flight from HK to Pudong airport stay around 5 days

and then leave from pudong airport to San Francisco With the 144 hour free transit.
However I already have a Chinese visa but is expired now. Can I still apply?

Rene, no need to worry. You can enjoy the 144 hour free transit program in Shanghai if you travel like that. In this case, no visa will be needed.
