I am flying from Vancouver(CANADA) to Kunming (CHINA) and I have layover 20 hour in Kunming. After

after then I am flying Kunming to Kathmandu(NEPAL). I have Nepali passport.
do I need transit visa in china?

RAJ, you don’t need it because you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Kunming.
