About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will fly into Shanghai under the 144 visa

will they sell me a bullet train ticket to Huangshan?

If i have to return to my original country i started without going to the 3rd country do you know if they will allow it. say if I had an emergency and needed to go back.

1) No. Huangshan is in a different province.
2) You risk being permanently banned from using the visa-free transit under any circumstances, plus they will either fine you or detain you.

(1) You will be detained if you breach the visa free condition by travelling outside the allowed area.
(2) You must have evidence that you are travelling to a third country on arrival (such as purchased airfare) otherwise 144hr visa free will not apply.
