About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I have an Indian passport and traveling to New Zealand.

I have a transit time for 15 hours and I want to go outside of the airport for visiting some of the known places in hong-kong. Do, I need a tourist visa or are we exempted for 14 days?

You need to make the pre-arrival registration before going to HK.
