About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am a Nigerian passport holder heading to Manila from Abuju

but have a 12hour transit at Guangzhou where I need to change flights from Ethiopian Airlines to Cebu Pacific, do I need a transit visa for this, how do I get my luggage and check into Cebu Pacific?

You need to apply for a transit G type for that. You can contact with the airlines to consult if your luggage will be delivered to the final destination. If yes, you don’t need to get the luggage.
