About:Embassy & Consulates of Thailand in China

Hi! I'm from Belarus! My question is,can we apply tourist visa in other cities except Beijing

for example in Shanghai or Guangzhou( because these cities are clother to mine), and is the personal apperance in embassy required? Can my friends apply for a visa instead of me, if i send my documents to them, or can i send my documents directly to the embassy, for a visa?

You should apply from the city where your living area belongs to its consular district. May I know where you live?
If the embassy doesn’t require your presence, your friend can make the application on your behalf.

I live in Wuhan Hubei province, where can i know is my precence nessecary or not? I'm calling to embassy of Thailand in Beijing Shanghai, but they don't reply, always can't get operator answer

You should make the application from the embassy of Thailand in Beijing.
