About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Lax to Shanghai 7hrs lay over shanghai to Mactan cebu

do i need a visa if i go out the airport for day tour i am a permanent resident in USA
but still a filipino passport holder.

Stephanie, you don’t need it because you can make use of the 24 hour direct transit.
