About:Chinese Paper-cut Museum

I have a Turkish passport and i also have residency in Czech Republic (EU/ Schengen Country)

Hello
Do I still need a Transit Visa to Beiijng while travelling to Australia and travelling with Airchina, we have stop over in Beiijing and would like to see around during this time.

Yes, you need to apply for a transit G type for that.
