About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will be just 4 hours Shangai Airport.. do I need a Visa for arrival?? Im Mexican

Oscar, you don’t need it if you travel like Mexico – Shanghai (4 hours)- a third country or region rather than Mexico.
