About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

If my lugagge weighs around 23kg (international flight limit), can i just pay and take it on board?

I am using a train to reach my final destination in China and from there I will fly home with an international flight which allows for up to 23kg for checked baggage. Can I take my suitcase with around 23kg on board and pay the difference as penalty fee if weighed? I don't want to check my luggage into a normal train because i need my stuff and cannot afford the delay. Thanks in advance!

Yes, Oliver, you can. In fact, unlike when taking a flight, the railway staff will not weigh your baggage precisely.
