Transit in Beijing with Thai passport holder

Hi there! I will fly from BKK to Incheon by transit in Beijing around 12 hours. Can I use under the 24-hour visa-free transit rule? Do I need to apply any document to leave airport for sightseeing?
BRs,
Ju

I am afraid not. As I know, you are not qualified for the 24-hour visa-free transit. Therefore, a transit visa is needed for your case, and it is best to apply for one in advance.
