About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi, I urgently need to travel to Shanghai to collect an order from a manufacturing company

but my multiple entry visa has expired. If I can get an Invitation letter from them prior to the trip will they allow me a 24hr entry?
If I can not what are my options if I am traveling from Manila to Shanghai

If you can get a VOA notification, you can apply for a VOA in Shanghai. Your business partner can try to get the VOA notification from the exit and entry administration for you.
Otherwise, you need to apply for a business M type in advance.
