I urgently need help from the china Embassy in singapore, as i and my wife was being robbed in kuala lumpor in malaysia on 10/04/09, both mine and my wife passport is being robbed,i am a singaporean, but my wife is a china citizen from shaanxi, now the singapore customs need a travel document for my wife in order to allow her to get back to singapore.
