About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

is 2 hour enough for transit from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) to Paris (CDG) by Air China?

And usually do I need to change Terminal if I fly Air China? Thanks.

2h is enough and no need to change the terminal; you will be transfer in T3.
