About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Departing cruise in Shanghai and will stay less than 72 hours in Shanghai-what type visa will I need

Please let me know if I can obtain the 72 hour free transit at the cruise terminal or should I get it in USA before I leave on my trip. Thanks

Sandie, if your travel route is country A – Shanghai – country B, you will qualify for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. You should apply for it when you arrive in Shanghai.
