About:China Visa

I'm from Philippines and in china on a expired work visa

My work Z expired in 2015. How can I get a new one? Will I be required to detention and fines? Deportation? I just want new work Z and stay.

If you have worked in China for 2 years with the expired work Z type, I’ afraid you cannot get a new work Z type. What you should do now is to report your situation to the local police and the pay fines. Afterwards, apply for an exit pass to leave China as soon as possible.
