Harbin Ice Festival Trial Period?

During the trail operation, visitors can enter the sites to enjoy many sculptures and lights, so it is good timing to go. Also it won't be very crowded during that time. However, some grand sculptures may still be under construction, which won't open to the public until Jan. 5, 2018.

It is very cold there in the end of Dec. although it is not the coldest period. Do prepare down jacket, and other thermal clothing for him. Gloves, scarves and cotton masks are necessary as well.
