From Dali Old Town to North Bus Station

Hi.
(i) If we were to take a bus from Lijiang to DL, where should we get down in DL (We will be staying somewhere near Foreigner Street) and;
(ii) How do we go from the Old Town to North Bus Station (b/c we need to catch a direct bus back to Kunming)? Any public bus/transportation (from the Old Town) to North Bus Station ? Please advise. ThankS!
