I am Philippine passport holder - my flight from California back to Manila- can I have a 24 hour visit to Guangzhou

Hi, if you don't leave the Guangzhou airport, you will be able to use the 24 hour direct transit in there. Otherwise, you should apply for a visa beforehand.
