Is pocket wifi available?

We would like to either rent or buy a pocket wifi for use while we are in China. Is it available?

There is Wifi rent service at the big airport in China and you may rent one at Beijing Airport upon arrival then return it back when you leave from Shanghai Airport. The returnable deposit is CNY500 per person and the cost is CNY35 per day.
