NJTANG, there are pocket wifi rental counters inside the Beijing Airport. There is one located to the left of the exit of T3 International Arrival Hall.

If you fail to find it, you actually can register a sim-card and enable data packages. It should be much cheaper than renting a pocket wifi.

Thank you for your reply. Two other questions: how/where do you register the SIM card and what is the data plan? Appreciate the help.

I saw CMCC Service Office in T2, and WCDMA Service Office in T3. You can go either of them to get a SIM card and ask them to give you the most suitable data plan. In addition, you'd better make it clear which communication carrier your mobile fits in advance.

Jason, real-name system has been applied for long. So you need to show your passport when you purchase the sim card.
