poland to shanghai for four (4) cruises

Hello.I am Polish citizen and I am flying to Shanghai to board Quantum of the Seas in WuSong Cruise Terminal. What I understand on my arrival to Shanghai I can receive 144 hour exemption, but then what next. The trip is four cruises so Shanghai - Japan - Shanghai four times in 15 days. Do I need to receive this exemption each time I am in Shanghai ( I will stay onboard the ship all the time) , what about the return time to Poland which is after 15 days from my arrival to Shanghai?Thanks

If you will go to a third country or region different from the last one you come from after transiting in Shanghai, and the layover time is within 144 hour after each entry, you can enjoy free transit policy. Otherwise, you cannot use it.

Ahhh sounds complicated. I went to emabassy but I dont think they understood the whole idea. I just got an answer that  I can stay in Shanghai up to 6 days.This is how it looks like:28.12 arrive to SH from Kopenhagen29.12 board the ship in Shanghai and sail to Japan30.12 sea day31.12 Kumamoto , Japan01.01 sea day02.01 Shangai03.01 sea day04.01 Nagasaki Japan05.01 sea day06.01 Shanghai07.01 sea day08.01 Nagasaki Japan09.01 Okinawa Japan10.01 Sea day11.01 Shanghai12.01 Flight back to KopenhagenSo it is actually 3 cruises. But the layover between SH - JP - SH is less then 6 days. Maybe I will just apply for visa to avoid any misunderstandings ...

For the routes Japan-Shanghai-Japan, you won't qualify for the free transit policy. You are supposed to apply for double/multiple entries tourist L type for the trip beforehand.
