Tax refund within 90 days ?

I do not have sufficient time to claim for tax refund on departure. Can I claim tax refund on my next visit within 90 days ? TIA

Meaning the next time I m back to Shanghai, my items have to be unused and in original packaging and proceed to the custom clearance ?
