Sorry to tell you no sightseeing bus station is around. You are suggested to take a taxi to the Pudong Airport and then take metro line 2 to Nanjing Rd (E). Then, walk east for 3 minutes to 181 East Nanjing Rd, which is the station of sightseeing bus line 1.
