Hey, do you refer to the Big Bus Tours?
If yes, the nearest place you can take it is in Temple Street. The drop off / on area is on Public Square. The bus departs at 19:00. The normal price for premium tour is 55HKD, and for deluxe is 62HKD.

I think we two are talking about the same kind of bus with two names. The "Big Bus Tour", or as you like, hip hop bus, is double decked and depart at 19:00 every night from Temple Street. You can take it to view HK's night view.3
