my wife chinese passport expire on january 30th 2017, how many days before we have to submit applicationwhat are documents need, & this month holiday time pl confirm, we stay in chennai can we submit application in new delhi office, PL CONFIRM

You should prepare your passport and its copy, a completed application form, and 3 passport-style photos, residence permit in there, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
