Do I need a visa for traveling from Singapore to Shanghai and then Shanghai to Colombia?

I'm gonna stay in Shanghai 24 hours so I want to apply to the 24 hours direct transit when I arrive in Shanghai. But I want to know if there is a problem going out of Singapore without a chinese entry permit already.
