green card holder, can i apply for a chinese visa in houston?

Hello, I have an Uzbekistan passport but I live in Houston.  My husband is American and works in China.  I have a valid Green Card for the United States.  My question is, can I get a multiple entry visit L for China,  in Houston, since I hold a Green Card?

Hi, as I know, it is difficult to get multiple entries visa if you don't make the application in your home country. But I cannot guarantee that whether you can get it with your green card. Anyway, you can have a try. Good luck.
