Hi, as I know, to apply for a HK tourist visa, first, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan, and then submit the application to China embassy or post it to HK immigration department directly. But as an Indian, if you make the pre-arrival registration to HK successfully, you can enjoy free entry to there for a stay of not more than 14 days, and no visa is required.
