Overnight stopover

Hey! I will be traveling from India to Seoul with a layover at Qingdao for 10 hours. It's an overnight layover. Can I avail of the 24-hour free transit? Or can I just wait at the airport? I read somewhere that the airport closes after the last departure. Is that true?

Similarly, upon my return after 10 days, there is an 8 hour overnight layover at Jinan. Can I avail of the 24-hour free transit? Or can I just wait at the airport? Does this airport close for the night as well?
