If you wish to go together and have many luggages, the airport transfer service is suggested. I know Travel China Guide can arrange this and their contact is booking@travelchinaguide.com.

For a budget travel, subway can be better. Take line 2 at PVG and get off at East Nanjing Road in an hour at a cost of CNY7 per person. Leave from exit 4 and walk to the hotel within 5min.
