About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Takes how many hours for temp driving license process at PEK?

I have 1 Indonesian domestic license and 1 international license. Should I give and translate both of them? Plan to rent a car from Beijing to Harbin in December. Is the license covers intercity or only BJ? Is it possible to rent car in BJ and end in Harbin (inter city) just like in Europe? Thank you

Hi, it can be done in 1-2 hours if you submit all documents. The validity period is 3 months. Once getting the license, you can drive in mainland China, so Harbin is ok. For more info, you may dial 86-010-64530010 to consult the Vehicle Administrative Office at PEK. For car rental, the intercity return service may be not available.
