how can i change my pakistan driving license to that of beijing?

I am going as student in Beijing,.To survive easily I m thinking to buy my car ..I have international driving license from Pakistan..some one told me I can exchange my driving license in Beijing International Airport to local license ..but i dont know how to exchange,,what are the requirements and how much it cast..?Please give me some direction..

At Beijing Airport, the temporary Chinese driving license could be exchanged for foreign driving license holders who will not stay in China more than 3 months. Require documents may include your valid passport, visa and international driving license.If you will stay in China more than 3 months,the driving license should be collected from Beijing Che Kwun Authority in downtown area.

Chinese driving license can bee converted to a UAE driving license so that you can drive your car in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all Emirates. To convert driving license in Abu Dhabi, you should have C1 or C2 Category.
